is intended jointly with appropriate central executive authorities.

National Confederation of
Entrepreneurs (Employers') Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic (ASK)
as a local representative of EU MTP Program continues measures on
participation of managers in the program. During 2006-2008 years in
totally 35 managers from Azerbaijan will improve their experience
in European companies in the framework of MTP IV program.

7 expert missions of PUM Program
(Experienced Managers from Netherlands) were realized with support
of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers') Organizations
of Azerbaijan Republic (ASK) during first 4 months of 2007. Experts
visited local companies and presented their consulting assistance
in the area of business improvement and competitiveness.

| Capacity building of employers organizations
on productivity and competitiveness |

In order to continue the project
achievements, to enlarge the network of trainers on productivity and
competitiveness, to expand the project’s coverage and to supply Center
on Productivity and Competitiveness by professional trainers, Azerbaijan
Entrepreneurs Confederation held second phase of training of trainers
from 04 to 06 April 2007.
