“Settlement of labour relations and employers’ obligations and responsibilities with respect to labour law” Seminar

One-day seminar on the theme of “Settlement of labour relations and employers’ obligations and responsibilities with respect to labour law” in cooperation with State Labour Inspection attached to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan Republic was held in Confederation in April this year. The seminar aimed at enlightenment of employers on how to conclude labour contracts, provide vacations, pay compensation for unused holiday, as well as explained their responsibilities for the infringement of labour relations. 30 representatives of local companies took an active part in the seminar. The participants underlined the importance of conducting such seminars on a regular basis.
