The Managers’ Training Programme (MTP) – program in the framework
of the EU TACIS provided for managers and specialists from Azerbaijan,
Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia and Uzbekistan
and aimed to promote the economic development of CIS countries by means
of supporting managers' trainings.
Managers of Azerbaijani companies are also participants of MTP Programme,
which experience and knowledge will play a great role in future expanding
the activity sphere of their companies, in establishing business relations
with European companies.
The National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers') Organizations
of Azerbaijan Republic is the local representative of EU MTP Programme.
Until recently 71 managers from Azerbaijan participated in the Programme,
among them 38 were participants of MTP I, and 33 - participants of MTP
III.
